In the Dalian Wanda project, the Spinning Rabbit serves as the physical heartbeat of the park’s identity. While standard rotary tables focus solely on motion, the Spinning Rabbit is a multi-sensory landmark. Its upright design invites children not just to stand, but to embrace and interact with the character. Designed with a “healing” color palette to match the modern aesthetic of premium shopping malls, it transforms a simple physical activity into a memorable brand experience for families.

Unique Engineering Highlights (Differentiating the Rabbit)

Upright Ergonomic Support:

Unlike flat spinning disks, the Rabbit features a reinforced vertical cage structure. These support bars provide multiple grip points for children of varying heights, allowing for a safer, more stable “hold-and-spin” experience.

Character-Grade Soft Sculpture:

The “Rabbit Head” centerpiece is crafted from high-density EPE foam and wrapped in medical-grade PVC. It is soft enough to be hugged but resilient enough to withstand millions of touches without losing its shape.

Low-Center-of-Gravity Base:

To support the vertical height of the rabbit mascot, we engineered an extra-wide 3.0mm galvanized steel base plate. This ensures that even when multiple children lean on the outer bars, the unit remains perfectly balanced with zero vibration.

360° Social Interaction:

The circular “cage” design encourages social play. Children face inward toward the mascot, facilitating eye contact and collaborative play while they rotate.
