We do not use lightweight or residential-grade materials. Every component is selected to withstand heavy daily use in high-traffic commercial environments.
The framework is built using 3.0mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel pipes (Ø48mm). This industrial-grade thickness prevents the structure from bending or shaking under heavy group loads and ensures long-term rust prevention.
For protective padding, we use 50mm thick high-density Expanded Polyethylene (EPE) foam. Unlike standard foam, it provides superior impact absorption to protect children from falls and retains its original shape after years of compression.
All soft components are wrapped in 0.55mm reinforced, fire-retardant PVC vinyl. This material is highly tear-resistant, anti-bacterial, and treated to withstand continuous friction from street shoes and aggressive daily cleaning.
Our certified welders perform full-penetration welding on all steel joints and chassis frames. We avoid quick spot welding. Every welded joint is mechanically ground smooth to eliminate sharp edges before entering the padding phase.
For themed elements and complex mascot shapes, our craftsmen use manual carving and CNC cutting tools. They sculpt the high-density foam blocks to match the approved 3D design blueprints exactly, balancing structural safety with detailed visual design.
Our tailoring team cuts and stretches the 0.55mm PVC skin tightly over the foam cores to eliminate loose fabric and wrinkles, which can cause tripping hazards. All high-stress seams and corners are triple-stitched using industrial-strength, UV-resistant nylon thread.
