Tirolina en un parque infantil cubierto

Indoor playground zipline is a high-altitude amusement project that uses a cableway to transport customers from one location to another. On the cableway, customers can overlook the surrounding scenery and enjoy the excitement and pleasure brought by the height.

In an indoor setting, a zipline is a high-reward attraction that drives social media check-ins, but it’s also the piece of equipment that demands the highest safety precision. We don’t just sell a cable; we provide a complete gravity-engineered system. Whether you need a rail-based ‘Sky Rail’ for tight corners or a classic high-tension cable zipline for long warehouse spans, our systems are built to handle constant, high-frequency use without cable fatigue.

A. Site Adaptability Guidelines:

Most indoor ziplines require a minimum ceiling height of 4.5 meters to allow for proper sag and safety clearance. If your ceiling is lower, we recommend our Curved Rail Zipline system.

B. Maintenance Checklist:

1)Weekly Cable Integrity & Tension Audit

The aircraft-grade steel cable is the backbone of the system. Every week, a technician should perform a “glove test”—running a gloved hand along the length of the cable to check for individual wire breaks (fraying) or “bird-caging.”

  • Pro Tip: Pay close attention to the anchor points and turnbuckles. If you notice even slight slack or a “sag” that exceeds the original 3D design specifications, the cable must be re-tensioned immediately to ensure the trolley doesn’t impact the floor during the mid-ride.

2) Trolley Bearing & Noise Diagnostics

The trolley is the only moving part under constant friction. Inspect the stainless steel pulleys for silent, smooth rotation. If you hear a grinding noise or feel resistance, it’s a sign of bearing fatigue.

  • The Manufacturer’s Secret: Only use dry-film lubricants. Avoid heavy greases or wet oils, as they act as a magnet for dust and carpet fibers in indoor parks. Over time, “grease-dust paste” becomes an abrasive that eats away at both the pulley and the cable.

3) Braking System & “Impact Zone” Testing

Whether you use a spring buffer or a magnetic braking system, the stop must be progressive, not abrupt. Test the system daily before opening by sending a weighted test bag down the line.

  • Check for: Ensure the spring buffers are fully resetting and haven’t lost their compression strength. The trolley should stop at least 1.5 meters from the end-post to prevent any risk of the rider’s legs swinging into the structural frame.

Indoor Playgrounds Zipline FAQ

Q1: Can your zipline be installed in an existing playground?

A: Yes. We design custom mounting brackets that can be integrated into your existing steel framework, provided the structure meets our load-bearing requirements.

A: While our cables can hold over 500kg, we typically recommend a participant weight limit of 100kg for operational safety. It is suitable for children aged 5 and up.

A: We use a dual-stage braking system—gravity-based deceleration combined with high-rebound spring buffers—to ensure the rider stops safely and stays at the landing platform.
